The Renault Arkana continues its career, after a light restyling presented in July 2023. This affordable SUV coupe is now competing internally not only by the Austral, but also by the Symbioz, a variation of the Captur. On the French market, the SUV coupe produced in South Korea, however, performed well, with 18th place over the first 10 months of the year.

Arcana Evolution
First price, the Arkana Evolution starts at 32,300 euros. Only two engines are offered: Mild Hybrid 140 EDC, and E-TECH full hybrid 145.
The standard equipment already includes numerous items: 17″ Bahamas alloy wheels, automatic air conditioning, cruise control, reversing sensors, Pure Vision full LED headlights, automatic switching on of the lights, hands-free access and starting, rear camera, assistant lane keeping, traffic sign recognition, active emergency braking, E-Call, 7″ instrumentation, 7″ central screen, on-board navigation with Europe mapping.

Arkana Techno
With prices starting at 33,800 euros, the Arkana Techno requires a small financial effort of 1,500 euros. This makes it possible to add numerous elements as standard: dark-tinted rear windows, 18″ Silverstone diamond-cut alloy wheels, grained coated textile upholstery, blind spot detector, electrochromic interior mirror, height-adjustable passenger seat, Multi-Sense, instrumentation 10, 2″, 9.3″ central screen, induction charger, glossy black mirrors.

Arkana Esprit Alpine
The high-end Esprit Alpine version stands out for its exterior and interior presentation. 19″ elixir alloy wheels, exterior Alpine spirit design, adaptive cruise control, electric front seats, aluminum pedals, heated steering wheel, heated front seats, mixed grained coating and Alpine Spirit suede upholstery.

The Renault Arkana has reduced its engines, abandoning the 160 hp engine which was the most powerful in the range. MHEV or HEV, customers therefore have the choice between mild hybrid and full hybrid, which is already not so bad.
The range is quite simple for buyers, we can only regret the repeated price increases which hit this model. The future of the Renault Arkana is also sealed: the brand plans to stop production in the summer of 2025. Buyers will then be able to look to the Symbioz, or an Austral: the lifespan of this coupe SUV will not have not been very high.
