Regarding the design, we can say that we are not in danger of being disoriented compared to the latest iPhones since the Apple iPhone 13 also sports the same appearance with flat edges and rounded edges. The handling is pleasant and the finishes are excellent, as you would expect from an iPhone. As for the 6.1-inch screen, we have an OLED panel with a 2,532 x 1,170 pixel definition with a refresh rate limited to 60 Hz, Pro Motion technology being reserved for iPhone Pros.
The iPhone 13 marked a big upheaval in terms of the camera since it used the same sensors as the iPhone Pro of the previous generation. It is equipped with a 12 Mpx wide-angle sensor (f/1.6) and a 12 Mpx ultra-wide-angle sensor (f/2.4) with a 120° field of view. On the front, we have a 12MP (f/2.2) front sensor. Thanks to the A15 chip and AI fine-tuning details, photos taken with this camera benefit from excellent brightness and equally sharp sharpness.
Power to spare
For the performance part, the Apple iPhone 13 relies on an A15 Bionic chip engraved in 5 nm with 6 CPU cores and 4 GPU cores, the same chip found on the iPhone 14. Even today, it is capable of handling demanding tasks and demanding games like Fortnite et Genshin Impacteven if it no longer holds its own against the competition. At the time of our test, the iPhone 13 had not faltered at any time.
Autonomy is one of the great leaps forward in this generation of iPhone. Some may remember the disastrous endurance of previous iPhones, but that is no longer a question today. Compared to the iPhone 12, the Apple brand announces a saving of 2h30 for the iPhone 13 which easily lasts a day and a half. During our test, we used it for a whole day from 9 a.m. to midnight and it only needed to be recharged at the end of the following morning.
