At the end of the evening, the team with the fewest points will see one of its members eliminated. Then it’s time for the technical test which requires high precision work. Indeed, chef Maxime Frédéric, specialist in edible moving parts, offers a unique creation imagined for the candidates of the Best pastry chef. Following a very precise recipe worthy of the best furniture assembly manuals, participants have two hours to try to meet the challenge. Timothée manages to take first place, ahead of Benjamin: this victory allows the milk team to obtain its first point. The third “surprise” test will therefore be decisive. The world pastry champion, Étienne Leroy asks the candidates to work the chocolate shavings around a preparation of their choice. The best creation will be sold in a Lenôtre boutique where the chef works. A distinction awarded to Timothée who also wins the golden cupcake. For his part, Benjamin obtains the blue apron. Unfortunately for her, Jennifer, whose achievements were judged a little fair by Cyril Lignac and Mercotte, is eliminated.

She joins Aurélie in the catch-up test. There, always judged on chocolate, the two pastry chefs must make a royal with a cream spread. These are a few details that allowed Noëmie Honiat and Mohamed Belkassam to offer victory to Jennifer. The latter dethrones Aurélie who, for five weeks, had won all her duels. The beekeeper leaves the competition and loses her chances of re-entering the competition.
