OCI Group adds a new acquisition to the long list of its external growth operations. After Scriba in 2019, Athéo Ingénierie in 2021 and Iliane in 2023, it is the turn of Abicom to enter the fold of the group based in .

Finalized on November 5, the acquisition allows the OCI Group to gain two new locations in Clermont-Ferrand and Saint-Etienne, 135 new employees and €31 million in additional turnover. This brings the group's workforce to nearly 1,350 employees spread across 35 locations and its annual turnover to €290 million. In five years, OCI Group will have quintupled its turnover.

OCI Group is consolidating its expertise in Abicom's many areas of intervention (consulting, infrastructure architecture and deployment, Cloud, outsourcing, cybersecurity, telecoms, delegation of services, audiovisual) and inherits its numerous certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, HDS and, since 2024, PASSI qualification).

In a joint press release, OCI Group and Abicom specify that Olivier Gay (photo), retains his functions as general manager of Abicom, becomes a shareholder of the OCI Group and joins its executive committee. “ The integration of Abicom within the OCI Group represents for us the opportunity to continue our growth while remaining deeply anchored in our territory,” assures the latter. “.
