New financial assistance put in place for flood victims, by the National Housing Agency, at the request of the Pas-de-Calais prefecture. Aid which may be allocated to owners of a primary residence affected by the disaster in the 315 municipalities recognized as being in a state of natural disaster.
To benefit from this aid, the work must be carried out by one or more companies and have been carried out after the municipality in which the home is located has been recognized as a natural disaster. The intervention of companies must include the supply, as well as the implementation of materials and equipment.
Work carried out using materials or equipment purchased directly by the owner is excluded.with the exception of owner-occupiers carrying out self-rehabilitation with technical supervision.
The amount of expenses for subsidized work corresponds to the amount of work not taken into account by insurance (remains payable after deduction of compensation for
insurance). In the event that financing is granted in the context of equipping the home against flooding under the Barnier fund (e.g. cofferdams), the latter will necessarily be deducted from the subsidy granted by the ANAH.
The subsidy rate may reach up to 90% of the work carried out depending on resource conditions.. A principle of degression of the subsidy rate is applied.
Owners meeting these conditions are invited to complete the form on the platform https://www.demarches-simplifiees.fr/commencer/guichet-unique-pas-de-calais-
reconstruction. They will then be contacted by an ANAH operator, to help them complete their request for financial assistance from the agency.
