Chef Nicolas Le Tirrand announces his arrival as head chef and associate at the Hotel*** restaurant Les Mouettes in Larmor-Plage. In fact, from Spring 2025, he will join the Mouettes team to open two new restaurant spaces dedicated to seafood cuisine, his favorite territory.
Sources, its current restaurant located in Lorient was sold with effect from February 2025.
In fact, Nicolas Le Tirrand returns to the Michelin Guide the star acquired for his work at Sources. From March 2025, he will set course for his new horizon: the Les Mouettes hotel. Within Les Mouettes, the chef will create two new dining areas.
Spring 2025, initially, it will open a seasonal bistro with seafood cuisine on the menu. Then, secondly, after major restoration work which will begin at the end of 2025, a gourmet table will take place; also dedicated to the sea.
It is as an associate alongside the owner of the establishment, Gérard Le Faouder and of Frédéric AvignonAssociate Director, that he will now fully invest in this new project, above all the story of an encounter, but it is also part of a logical and positive evolution of his career.
