the son in pre-trial detention after the fire in Saint-Maur

Of this house, along the D67 road, only the walls blackened by soot remain. They could have witnessed a dispute within a family in Saint-Maur, on the evening of Thursday November 7, 2024. According to the first elements of the investigation, a man, aged 36, would have put the fire at his mother's house.

When firefighters arrived on the scene, around 11:30 p.m., a couple and two teenage girls had already escaped the fire. Inside, the owner's son had to be rescued.

The son was still in the home when firefighters arrived on scene.
