It was a neighbor who made the macabre discovery very early this morning of Sunday, November 10. A man in his forties was found lying lifeless in a parking lot adjacent to the Petit Saint-Pierre bridge, along the RN2.

Testimony on the macabre discovery of Petit Saint-Pierre
The victim, a white man in his forties with dreadlocks, appeared to be unknown to local residents. Due to a lack of documents on him, the body could not be identified.
According to a neighbor, the man was barefoot, wearing black shorts and a black t-shirt pulled up to the ribs.
THE gendarmes from the local brigade went to the scene, assisted by a criminal identification technician.
According to our information, however, no suspicious traces were noted during the first observations. A doctor was expected on site to confirm the death and remove possible medico-legal obstacles.
An investigation into the causes of death was opened under the aegis of the Saint-Denis public prosecutor's office.
