At least 25 people were injured on the night of Thursday 7 to Friday 8 in a Russian strike on a residential building in Kharkiv, Ukraine's second city, in the northeast of the country, the mayor announced.
“A 12-story apartment was hit by a guided bomb attack. A section of the first and third floors was partially destroyed.
