A raclette-grill appliance has in fact been the subject of a recall procedure since Monday November 4, 2024. The machine was sold only in Noz clearance stores since Monday October 28. This is the RC3 model from the tech brand StarQ, specifies the official Rappel Conso website.
A risk of fire starting
The device has a malfunction which may be dangerous for users. We do not know the precise nature of this problem but it can cause a fire to start and therefore a house fire. The malfunction is also not visible to customers until it causes a fire.

Consumers who have purchased this item from Noz are therefore invited not to use it and to return it quickly to the point of sale, where they can obtain a refund. The recall procedure will end on December 31.
