We spoke to you about it during the last Gamescom, the new update d’Enshrouded is finally revealed in a superb video of almost five minutes!
It is true that Keen Games was not idle since the early access release of his new project, but Souls of the Frozen Frontier is clearly the most ambitious – and comprehensive – patch deployed to date in Embervale. Available right nowit offers in particular:
- pets
- The possibility of raising livestock
- Dynamic Weather
- Companions who wander through our village
- New armor and weapons
- Maximum level increased to 35
- Various fixes
- Dragons!
The region of Albaneve Summits is particularly beautiful in itself, offering breathtaking panoramas. The gameplay is not to be outdone, notably with columns of air allowing you to use the glider to its full capabilities, or equipped enemies flamethrower melting the snow.

This update is also an opportunity to Enshrouded to deepen its lore, particularly because the renewed power of the Flame allows new souls to return among us. Some of them will therefore come to lend us a hand, particularly in harvesting resources necessary for crafts; it's not any worse, since the possibilities of architectural creations have been greatly improved in this patch!
