At the Gévaudan organic farm, the parking lot near the farm was full all day, as visitors and families wanted to support the speakers. They deepened their knowledge of organic farming, forest walks with an introduction to picking edible plants, making bread from all kinds of flour made at the small mill installed on the farm, pollination, observation birds and insects, the manufacture of wicker objects, notably bird feeders and introduction to permaculture… The couscous shared on site in the shelter of the barn, at midday, had a certain success, given that the weather did not encourage picnics or ice creams.

Various workshops throughout the day allowed visitors to familiarize themselves with the agricultural work of tomorrow, since Delphine and Sébastien Weder, who have deliberately taken the turn towards ecology, autonomy and sustainable development, are multiplying awards and trophies for the quality of its products in the meat sector. However, they have recently been forced to part with their Aubrac cows, which have become very aggressive due to wolf predation, to fall back on red and white English cows, herefords, without horns, which are unaware of the presence of the wolf. and are extremely docile.

The end of the day ended with the show From word to earbringing together various restaurateurs and local producers discussing their issues, then with a concert by Red Cosmic Orchestra, the up-and-coming local group which oscillates between hip-hop, rock and electro, to the delight of fans.
