“While he was on the footbridge overlooking the railway near the Pontchaillou University Hospital, a 19-year-old young man was the victim of beatings by two individuals,” said Frédéric Teillet.
“One of them stabbed him several times, the second then made him fall to the ground by kicking him in the legs, then punched him in the face” , added the magistrate. Two witnesses immediately intervened to help the victim and take him to the emergency room where he died.

Placed in police custody, the accused “admitted to having wanted to settle a “dispute” with the victim, without specifying what nature, and that to do this, he had bought a knife shortly before the facts”, d 'after the magistrate. The accused is known to the courts for having been convicted three times by the Rennes children's court for aggravated theft and for offenses linked to drug trafficking. The victim was known to the courts for offenses related to drug trafficking.
