A US federal court on Friday referred to the courts of the state of Pennsylvania the million dollar lottery launched by Elon Musk rewarding daily an American voter in a key state.

The operation, contested in court by the prosecutor’s office in Philadelphia, the main city of this northeastern state which requested its suspension, continues.
