This is bad timing for train users who are returning from vacation or who took advantage of the long All Saints' Day weekend to get some fresh air outside of Toulouse.
Notice of switchers’ strike
The switchers have in fact filed a strike notice for Sunday November 3, 2024the day before the start of the school year.
Several local lines risk being affected by this strike and some of them pass through Toulouse.

SNCF will communicate more information on the disruptions from Saturday November 2, 2024, from 5 p.m., on its website.
More disruptions to come
Please note, the long weekend with Monday November 11 will also not be smooth in terms of train traffic around Toulouse. Work at the Montgiscard level crossing, but also in connection with the future LGV will require the interruption of train traffic:
- between Montauban and Toulousefrom November 9, 1 p.m. to Monday, November 11, 1 p.m.
- Between Toulouse and Carcassonne from Saturday November 9 all day to Monday November 11 at 4:30 p.m.
