Peugeot launches the marketing of its nouveau 5008closely derived from nouveau 3008. The range is therefore logically modeled on the latter, with two levels of finishes, and now three types of engines: 48V hybrid, rechargeable hybrid and electric.
Prices starting from 40,490 euros
This rival of Renault Espace starts at a price of 40,490 euros, with the Allure finish and the Hybrid 136 engine.
This first level of equipment is already complete with as standard: 19″ diamond-cut alloy wheels, LED front headlights and rear lights, dark-tinted rear windows, half-TEP half-fabric upholstery, panoramic i-cockpit with two 10″ screens, Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto, tri-zone automatic air conditioning, reversing camera, safety plus pack, electrically folding mirrors.

In the second level of finish, the 5008 GT adds many elements to this for a significant effort of 4,500 euros more: Pixel LED headlights, 3D LED rear lights, 20″ diamond-cut alloy wheels, Black Diamond roof and rear spoiler, logos on front fenders, lacquered black wheel arches, Alcantara upholstery, motorized tailgate with hands-free access, adaptive cruise control, heated GT perforated leather steering wheel, ambient lighting, i-cockpit with a large 21″ screen, 3D navigation connected, heated front seats, sun blinds on row 2, stainless steel front door sills, heated front seats.

Other versions expected
At the top of the range, a four-wheel drive version will also be offered in 2025 with a power level of 320 hp, but in association with a 73 kWh battery as for the 210 hp engine. The range should also be around 500 km.
This new Peugeot 5008 is therefore less expensive than the Renault Espace, but with a more modest hybrid engine. The 195 hp plug-in hybrid version is at the price of the E-TECH 200 of the Espace, with a very interesting capacity to drive all-electric for 82 km. Even if you opt for hybrid, you might as well be able to recharge a battery and reduce your fuel bill! It is therefore the most competitive version of the new Peugeot family SUV.
In electric mode, the Allure 210 hp version is eligible for the ecological bonus, but this is not the case for the other models. Which seriously increases the bill….
