The stepfather of the 14-year-old boy found dead last week in the family home in Alénya (Pyrénées-Orientales) was indicted for murder of a 15-year-old minor and imprisoned on Thursday October 31, we learned Friday with the prosecution.

The teenager's mother (named Emilio) was indicted for “murder of a 15-year-old minor” and imprisoned on Monday. The couple was arrested last week in Val-d'Oise, where they had fled.

The father-in-law, “already convicted of violence and drug offenses”had been “hospitalized following drug absorption before the arrival of investigators”the prosecutor indicated on Friday October 25.
