For the sun, we’ll have to wait a little… What weather awaits us this week in the Ardennes?

What will the weather be like this week? While Monday is gray and gloomy (because Monday in the sun, eh, we know what to expect from Cloclo), the rest of the week does not necessarily encourage optimism, according to the forecasts from Météo . But the All Saints’ Day long weekend might have some nice surprises in store!

Tuesday October 29

« The grayness is still very present in the morning. Fog banks are numerous in the northern half and in the southwest valleys. A disturbance brings gray skies from to the Belgian border, accompanied by some rain during the day from the tip of Brittany to the Channel coast », Announces Météo France. However, “ from the region to the North-East, the weather is quite pleasant after the gray weather has dissipated with variable skies ».

After the morning fog, the south of the Ardennes will be entitled to some clearing in the afternoon and early evening. Temperatures will range from 12 to 14 degrees in the Pointe.

Wednesday October 30

On Wednesday, the fog banks will again be present throughout the department in the morning, according to Météo France forecasts.

In the afternoon, mist should remain the norm, except in certain areas which will benefit from clearings, such as Charleville-Mézières, Sedan or Carignan. Temperatures, according to forecasts, would go 15 to 17 degrees.

In the evening, clearings will reach a large part of the department. What to assure us a lovely Thursday day ?

Thursday October 31

For this day ofHalloween, the morning mist would have been more appropriate, but apart from in the “far north” Ardennes, we should be rid of it! THE big sun would even be required near Signy-l’Abbaye and Rethel in the morning. In the afternoon, temperatures of 13 to 15 degrees are forecast.

Friday October 1

For All Saints’ Day, guess who’s coming back? Gagné, it is indeed the mist, which settles in morning and afternoon over the whole (or almost: in the afternoon Revin will play the Gallic villages) of the department.

We will have to wait until the beginning of the evening for the pea puree to clear up… except in Givet, where rain is forecast. Not a great way to start a long weekend!

And this weekend?

On Saturday, a thick cloud cover will cover the entire Ardennes, with temperatures between 9 and 10 degrees. Cover which will lift a little (well, it won’t be Ibiza, we’re not going to lie…) in the afternoon. In the midst of all these clearings, the mercury should rise up to 15 degrees.

It’s Sunday that we will finally be able to a little balm to the heartwith a sunny day across the entire department. On the other hand, it will be a bit cooler, with the thermometer only going up to 13 degrees in the hottest part of the afternoon.

And there, just when all hope seemed lost, the sun makes its grand return to the land of the wild boar!

The following week, the forecasts are quite encouraging: according to Météo France, “ the weather remains anticyclonic, therefore calm and generally dry. Temperatures are expected to be above seasonal norms ».
