Jorge Martin consolidated his lead in the MotoGP world championship by finishing second at the Australian Grand Prix at Phillip Island, just ahead of his direct rival Francesco Bagnaia. The Prima Pramac Racing driver arrived in Australia with a 10-point lead over Bagnaia, and he has now extended that gap to 20 points after an intense race.
