The week begins on the Normandy coast with the traditional Group 3 for two-year-old fillies. Stéphane Wattel won two of the last three editions (Rosacea 2021 – Tulipa Chope 2023) and could present Blown By The Wind. The best value is for Gezora (N.Le Roch) recent second of Prix de Condé (Gr.3). The Fifth will be reserved for ages four and over on the PSF 1900m course.

We stay in Normandy but head to the neighboring racecourse for a Fifth reserved for three-year-olds over 2400m. The top of the table could be occupied by Annabel’s Ghost (A.Fabre) et Ragnar City (A.Couétil).

Olry-Roederer Prize (Gr.3)
The best “K”s under the saddle are expected in this group over 2850m. Let us cite the presence of the richest: Kyrielle des Vaux (C.Mottier)third in the Elite Prizes, Kelly de Banville (S.Bourlier)second in President of the Republic Prize – Stirrup 4 years old Final end of June and Kapaula de l’Epine (JG. Van Eeckhaute).

47th Grand Prix du Sud-Ouest (Gr.2)
This is the expected return of a multiple Group 1 winner, Etonnant (R.Westerink), not seen since December 10, 2023. He could face Hooker Berry (JM.Bazire), very good third in the UET Elite Circuit Finale ( Gr.1) on October 11 at Vincennes. The other headliners would be Gaspar d’Angis (JM.Baudouin) winner of the Grand Prix du Centre-Est and Justin Bold (JR.Delliaux) unplaced in the Critérium des 5 ans.

It’s a Quinté noted on today’s program with the classic Prix Montgomerylabeled Group 3. It’s a great night out for trotting fans. We first retain groups for three years. Among the fillies, let us mention the presence of Liza Josselyn (JM. Bazire) et Bourbon Fight (S.Guarato). On the male side, the cream of the crop is there: Lombok Night (JL.Dersoir), Luciano Menuet (P.Allaire) et Loulou de Mye (R.Larue).

He could face the grade of Qatar Price of the Arc de Triomphe, Sevenna’s Knight (A.Fabre)fifth. Let us also cite Trafalgar Square (P.Cottier) who made his debut over a longer period (second in the Qatar Chaudenay Prize).
In the Criterium International over 1600m, the British and Irish neighbors will still come with ambitions. France has not won this race since 2013 (Ecto).
