Since 8 a.m. this Monday morning, the flame has traveled the Basque Country, in the rain but accompanied by a crowd along the route to Biarritz, starting point, then Anglet, home of surfing, Saint-Jean-de Luz, Bayonne and Hasparren in midday. France 3 Aquitaine is mobilized to share with you the impressions of athletes and spectators.
In the rain, but all smiles. Amateur athletes or not, volunteers carrying the flame, and spectators accompanied the flame which arrived in France on May 8.

From Biarritz, then after a passage towards Anglet, it was surfing which was largely in the spotlight. Then the flame took to the sea, embarked on a hollyhock in the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Finally, she reached the banks of the Nive in Bayonne, where we are live with Emmanuel Clerc.
