Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump spoke at the 2024 National Rifle Association Leadership Forum in Dallas. The former president discussed several of his plans and ideas if elected to another term, such as executing “the largest deportation effort in the history of our country” on undocumented immigrants and administering the death penalty on criminals who murder police officers. He also floated the idea of being a three-term president, despite the Constitution limiting US presidents to two terms. Before he spoke, Mr. Trump was officially endorsed for president by NRA leadership. During his remarks, he invited Debbie Douglas on stage, a Texas rancher who reportedly experienced multiple break-in attempts from migrants. close
