: property prices rise by 4.1% over the last three months

According to figures from the latest LPI-iad Barometer, the prices of apartments in existing properties in experienced a clear rebound over the last quarter. Price analysis by Michel Mouillart.

On the other hand, certain municipalities have done well by recording a increase in their prices over one year. Among them: +10% in , +6.9% in Hyères (€4,592/m2) and Seyne-sur-mer (€3,406/m2), +5.4% in Salon-de-Provence (€2,987/m2) and +4.9% in (€2,970/m2) and Fréjus (€3,809/m2).
