48 firefighters mobilized for a building fire in

A building fire occurred this Saturday, October 12 in , around 10 p.m. Forty-eight firefighters were mobilized to put out the flames.

Forty-eight firefighters from the centers of Dreux, Aunay-sous-Crécy, Houdan, Tremblay-les-Villages, Saint-Rémy-sur-Avre, , Voves and Maintenon intervened this Saturday, October 12, for a fire. building which occurred in Dreux, around 10 p.m., rue André-Faucher. Fifteen intervention vehicles were also engaged.

A resident, seeing smoke coming out, alerted the firefighters. Smoke was beginning to fill the stairwell. A panicked lady on the first floor took refuge on her balcony. Yannick, a resident of the ground floor, says: “I was able to catch the two children from the balcony.”
