Rodez. A “My Olympic Fitness” day for retirees

Rodez retirees will be able to try different sports and well-being activities that they will find with the Senior Conviviality Service of the CCAS of Rodez for the 2024/2025 season. The tests take place in the village hall except the aquagym in Aquavallon.

This day is free. To participate, simply request registration for one or more 30-minute slots within the limit of available places on 05 65 77 87 32 or 05 65 77 88 90.

A medical certificate will be requested except for those who are already participating in the CCAS sports workshops in 2024 or a signed certificate indicating that they have read the QSPORT and that they have answered all the questions.

In the program

  • Gentle gym : 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
  • Pilates method : 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m.
  • Walking with sticks : 1 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2 p.m., 2:30 p.m.
  • Address and balance : 11:30 a.m.
  • E-sports : 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m.
  • Back strengthening : 1 p.m., 2 p.m.
  • Well-being : 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m.
  • Feldenkrais method (to move better, live better): 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 2 p.m.
  • Water aerobics at Aquavallon: 1:10 p.m.

Participants will be able to bring a cold picnic on site for the lunch break and share a friendly moment.

The 30-minute slots allow you to offer a total of 250 trials. If they haven’t taken up sports yet, now is the time! The CCAS offers these activities in partnership with the Conference of Funders in order to make them accessible to all seniors.
