The very beginning of a whirlwind marriage. In May 1994, Lisa Marie Presley, 25, and Michael Jackson, 35, said yes during a discreet ceremony in the Dominican Republic. “I was really, really happy. I have never been happier since,” she says of the start of her marriage. They nevertheless divorced two years later in August 1996.
But at the start of their relationship, the young woman had to face an announcement that she did not expect. “He told me he was still a virgin,” she remembers.
