It seemed like a good idea to go and see the symbol of Olympism in the Var… Taking a bus is more of an obstacle course this Friday in the metropolis due to a well-attended strike.
However, alternative solutions have been put in place to take advantage of the event.
To go to La Seyne
The flame passes through the town between 3 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. (from Fort Balaguier to Navale Park). To get there, two shuttles are available between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. every fifteen minutes. The first connects Langevin high school to Avenue Gagarine, near the port.
The second allows you to go from Sablettes to the city center. The Seyne-centre terminus is only available until 2:45 p.m. The shuttle will then stop at Square Anatole France.
To go to Toulon
To the west of the city, you can take the connection between the technopole de la mer and Toulon, Peri/Obs stop. Two stops are also available: P + R Porte d’Ollioules (La Beaucaire) and Covoiturage Escaillon.
To the east, a shuttle is set up from the La Garde campus to Toulon city center (Blache stop), with a stop at Avenue 83 (stop of the same name).
