One dead, two injured and many questions. Three days after the violent collision between two vehicles, on the A68 motorway before the Toulouse-Est toll gate, in the Toulouse-Albi direction, Friday evening around 10:30 p.m., the suspect’s custody ended this Monday .

There were two men in the car he hit. The passenger, aged 31, died instantly. The driver, 25, was taken to hospital with a life-threatening condition.
Was the victims’ car stationary or had the driver initiated a maneuver to reverse which would have disturbed the man in the van even though it was dark? The various screening tests turned out to be negative for the author of the accident.
