Drama in Toulon, a young Calais resident died after being hit by a car leaving a nightclub on May 1 in the early morning. A murder committed after an argument in a nightclub. The accused was placed in pre-trial detention.
According to local media, Martin Darré, 24, defended one of his friends during the evening who was facing overly insistent advances from a nightclub customer. The revenge took place at the end of the evening, a man driving his car allegedly deliberately drove into Martin and his friends. The young Calais resident succumbed to his injuries in the street, another Calais resident was hospitalized in serious condition, he is now out of danger.
The motorist, aged around twenty, was arrested an hour later. Known to the police, he was indicted for murder and attempted murder and placed in pre-trial detention.
Martin’s family is now waiting for the young man’s body to be repatriated so they can carry out the funeral.
