This new building complex is distinguished by its careful integration into the local environment and its ecological ambition, highlighting the attention paid to the harmonization of the site with its natural setting.

This project, which will not be open to the public, will bring together around 400 territorial agents upon completion of the work. “Delivery of the project is scheduled for the end of 2026,” said the president during his presentation. According to him, this is a spatial reorganization aimed at centralizing the administrative services of the department and improving their efficiency.

François Sauvadet also highlighted the digital and futuristic dimension of the project, with the creation of a department dedicated to data management and artificial intelligence. “It is a digital direction, of data control, which is one of the major challenges of the future,” he declared, emphasizing the importance of these technologies for local authorities.

It will notably be equipped with 321 photovoltaic panels, covering 20% of heating needs. A rainwater harvesting system, with storage of 15,000 liters, will be used to irrigate green spaces and use toilets. “We also wanted to use as many biosourced materials as possible,” added President Sauvadet, demonstrating the ecological commitment of the project.

Inspired by the spirit of large campuses, the building will promote collaboration and teamwork, thanks to common spaces designed to encourage exchanges. “It is a building which will also welcome minds, which is somewhat inspired by the campus spirit, which we see in large companies, which we see in large universities,” explained the president, emphasizing the innovative nature of the project.
