Marseilles. The RTM ticket valid all day for the arrival of the flame

On the occasion of the arrival of the Olympic flame in Marseille, the solo ticket from the Régie des Transports Marseillais (RTM) will be valid all day, May 8 and 9.

The RTM announces it on its website: on May 8 and 9, solo tickets, usually valid for one hour, will be valid for the whole day. This principle will also work for those who validate their trip on the network using their bank card.

This therefore concerns the subwaysTHE bus and the trams from the city. “RTM park and ride facilities are free” on May 8 and 9, the Marseille company also announces.

Stops around the Old Port closed

Be careful all the same, you need to check the status of your usual line before traveling around Marseille. Thus, all bus and metro stops in the Old Port will be closed during the festivities. The ferryboat and shuttles to Pointe-Rouge or Les Goudes will also be stopped.
