Groupe Pharma 5 was awarded the “GenderDiversity Champion” award in recognition of its commitment to improving the representation of women in the professional environment.

This was announced by the company in a press release specifying that this prize was awarded to it among 95 Moroccan companies that participated in the survey for the 2024 edition of the We4She network. “This award salutes a man’s commitment to acting in favor of inclusion, in all its forms. From access to healthcare for all in Morocco, in Africa and for Africa, to the empowerment of women… This man is our father, and we pay tribute to him every day because equality for men -woman is a daily cause. This award also reinforces our desire and our commitment to improve the place of women in the professional world in our country,” underlines Mia Lahlou-Filali, vice-president of the Pharma 5 Group. Note that the award ceremony is took place on Monday, April 29 in Casablanca, on the sidelines of the conference organized by the We4She network under the theme “Unconscious biases, these stereotypes that create bad gender” in the presence of Maxime Ruszniewski, member of the French High Council for Equality, and Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, former French minister for women’s rights.
