Two weeks after Kendji Girac’s gunshot wound, his partner, Soraya Miranda, came out of silence and told Parisian his version of the facts. Objective: to cut short “untruths”.
As a reminder, the 27-year-old singer, winner of the third season of “The Voice” shot himself on the morning of April 22, in his caravan on an area in Biscarrosse, in the Landes.
After first saying that it was a “domestic accident”Kendji finally admitted to investigators that he wanted “faking suicide” For “scare your wife” who threatened to leave him.
“It never existed”
During this exclusive interview given to ParisianSoraya Miranda affirmed that Kendji “never blackmailed me into suicide […] It never existed. I never suffered the slightest violence whatsoever from him. I am categorical. He is incapable of doing so.”.
“All the time by his side”
The 27-year-old singer’s partner also denied other information: “How could anyone say that I had left France with our daughter?” Soraya Miranda confided that this information which circulated was “completely false”.
“I was in the hospital with him, and I stayed by his side the whole time. Since he left the hospital, we have been together with our daughter, obviously.”
A “return to calm”
After this traumatic episode, Kendji Girac’s companion, saddened to have seen “all this unpacking in the media” just wish one “return to calm” and discretion over their private lives. “Better days will come, I am convinced.”
