The entire speech given by Emmanuel Macron – 1 hour and 48 minutes – at the Sorbonne last week is counted as speaking time for his camp, declared Arcom.

“If the remarks of the President of the Republic did not express explicit support for the list led by Madame Valérie Hayer, they nevertheless presented, in their entirety, a direct link with the election,” considered Arcom.

Consequence: the speaking time of the majority list carried by Valérie Hayer is therefore reduced.
