The League of Psychic and Mental Health Specialists, in partnership with the Japanese Agency for Development and Emergency (JADE), is organizing a study day on Saturday October 5, 2024 at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and of Services in Rabat-Salé-Kenitra.
The day will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will focus on the theme: “Psychological culture: a lever
essential to achieve psychological and mental health.”
This event is open to all mental health professionals, psychology and psychiatry students, and anyone interested in mental health. The day will include presentations from leading mental health experts who will discuss the League’s response to the recent earthquake of September 8, 2023, highlighting the crucial role of psychological and medical interventions in supporting victims.
The League will also address strategies and methods of psychological support for victims, including intervention and support techniques in the long-term recovery process. The day will conclude with a presentation of statistics and summaries of the League’s interventions on the ground.
