The town hall is joining forces with the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum to offer Albigensians and visitors a unique exhibition space.
Until October 8, three colored (pastel) arches are installed at the entrance to the National Garden in order to promote and present to the general public reproductions of the original works exhibited at the Toulouse Lautrec Museum.
An outdoor art gallery
The metal arches were created in Quebec by the Urban Furniture company Bloom, manufactured in Albi by the Vèzes company and are therefore installed for the first time in France a stone’s throw from Place du Vigan.
A true open-air art gallery, these arches offer the public an original and friendly place, a meeting point where you can sit and enjoy reproductions of the paintings of the famous Albigensian painter.
By day, the three arches create a new shaded area and by night transform the space thanks to LED lighting that can change color.
