In a long interview with Time magazine, the former American president considered that his successor had been guilty of “many crimes” for which he should answer before the courts.

“I didn’t want to embarrass anyone.”, swears Donald Trump. In a long interview with the magazine Time , the former US president felt he had been too nice during his first term. And that he would not make this mistake again if he was re-elected next November. “From now on I will shoot”, he insists. And his main target will undoubtedly be his opponent Joe Biden. In the American periodical, the candidate for a second term undertook, if he were to be elected, to appoint a “special prosecutor” in order to pursue his opponent.

Donald Trump nevertheless indicates that he will wait for the Supreme Court’s decision to make such a decision. The highest American court is in fact ruling on the total immunity requested by the billionaire for acts committed while he was in office, and in particular that of having attempted to overturn the result of the 2020 election. “If they say a president doesn’t have immunity, then Biden, I’m sure, will be prosecuted for all his crimes”Trump declares Time.

Afghanistan, war in Ukraine…

According to the candidate for the November presidential election, Joe Biden was indeed guilty of “many crimes” during his mandate. Donald Trump cites in particular what the American president “allowed Russia to do with Ukraine”or “what happened in Afghanistan (with the withdrawal of American troops, Editor’s note)”. “He will be prosecuted for 20 different acts”he accuses, without mentioning them. “All this would never have happened with me”he adds.

As pointed out by Time, Joe Biden was never indicted, even during the period when the Republicans in the House of Representatives increased their efforts to have him impeached. The American president had indeed been the subject of an investigation regarding confidential documents found at his home and in one of his former offices. But the special prosecutor decided not to prosecute.
