The remaining charge on the personal training account (CPF) materializes. A decree, published this Tuesday, notes its implementation from Thursday, May 2. You will now have to pay a compulsory contribution of 100 euros for each training course financed with your CPF. Certain groups will be exempt, such as job seekers. This deductible will be revalued each year according to inflation.
The fall in real estate prices is confirmed in Ile-de-France. In the Paris region, prices for old housing have fallen by 8% over one year for apartments, and by 10% for houses. In inner Paris, prices fell to 9,600 euros per square meter on average in February. Notaries in Greater Paris see prices falling further by the summer, although at a less sustained pace.
Less good news for borrowers. The bill aimed at relaxing the conditions for granting real estate loans was withdrawn this Monday by its author, Lionel Causse. The deputy regrets that his text, which was debated in the National Assembly, was too distorted over the course of the amendments adopted. The elected official particularly wanted to push back the debt ceiling by 35% to facilitate access to credit.

More excess rents in HLMs. A bill plans to subject more social housing tenants to rent supplements, if they exceed the authorized resource ceilings. Today, 80,000 households are affected by the payment of a solidarity rent supplement, out of a total of around 5.3 million social housing units.
