“One goal: Show must go on! »

In this war through the media, a petition has just been online to “say no to stopping the Vieilles Charrues festival in Carhaix”. “Help us to make our voice heard so that future generations can enjoy Les Vieilles Charrues as we were able to do and experience it,” indicate the initiators of the petition, signed so far by nearly 14,000 people.

Relayed by the Vieilles Charrues team on its social networks, the text discusses the fears of the organizers. “With the planned loss of land, it will be impossible to maintain the festival,” underline the authors of the text, fearing the consequences if the Charrues were to leave Carhaix. “Now is the time to act because irreversible decisions will be made within a few weeks,” they say. With one goal: Show must go on! »
