For several hours, 18 no longer responds. In any case for the operator’s customers Bouygues Telecom. All the emergency calls are subject to a technical problem by the operator since this Tuesday April 30 in the morning. THE Côte-d’Or departmental and rescue service reported the issue on social media.

“We are informing you of problems with the routing of emergency calls to the call center, in particular the call to number 18 by the telephone operator Bouygues Telecom”, indicates SDIS 21 on X. While waiting for the communication to be restored, it is possible to call them with several different operators. Otherwise, the 112 still remains accessible.

A breakdown that is becoming widespread

This breakdown does not only concern the Côte-d’Or. 35 malfunctions were identified on the Bouygues mobile network since this morning.

According to the specialist site Zone, 306 malfunctions were recorded on Bouygues Telecom landlines in . 94 concern mobile lines.
