Six times in a row! Thorsten Fink’s team has been performing fantastically in recent weeks. We will play another home game on Saturday. This time KV Mechelen is visiting our ground. The kick-off is at 4:00 PM. Below you will find all important information.
Counters open

There are still tickets available. You can buy tickets online, and our ticket offices are open on the day of the match.

Walking path over coal track closed

Due to work on the coal track, it is temporarily not possible to walk directly to Thor Park via exit 13. The walking route over the coal track is closed. Supporters are advised to use the tarmac footpath, which is accessed via the level crossing. This provides a safe and convenient alternative route during the works.

Distribution of FRZA magazine

The FRZA magazine is back. In this edition you will get to know our newcomers and, as usual, you will get an interesting insight into the operation of both the sporting and extra sporting operations of KRC Genk.

After the match against KV Mechelen, the magazine will be distributed at all exits of the stadium. We only refer supporters who leave the stadium via Tribune Zuid to the fan point for the magazine. Supporters who cannot attend on Saturday can always go to the fan shop for a copy afterwards, while supplies last.

Pilot project reusable cups

Last season, KRC Genk started introducing reusable beer cups. Operating without a guarantee has many advantages for our supporters, such as maintaining smooth operation at all kiosks, no extra queues and no unnecessary loss of time. After one season, the effectiveness of reusable cups is positively evaluated. The pilot project that we started during the home match against Club Brugge at all kiosks in the stands will also continue during the next home match against KV Mechelen. Specifically:

  • Supporters who collect 15 used reusable cups (25cl or 50cl) and hand them in at one of the three kiosks in the stands will receive a free drink of their choice worth EUR 2.80 (beer, soft drink or water).
  • Consumption is distributed immediately and cannot be postponed. No money is put on consumption cards.

For the time being, this pilot project only applies in the closed zone of the stands. This pilot project will be evaluated after a number of competitions.

Not With Us

KRC Genk launched a catchy campaign in July to keep racism and discrimination out of the stadium. The club is, in addition to Club Brugge, the second club in the JPL to combat inappropriate behavior in sports using a specific reporting platform. Discover everything about our new reporting platform here.

Luminex Fanzone en Fanpoint

Our Luminex Fanzone opens at 1 p.m. Do you have any questions about the new OSV scheme? Do you want to attend an away match? Are you interested in more information about our Young Genkies? Or do you have other suggestions that can improve your supporter experience? The Fanpoint, managed by the OSV board, is the place to be. You can find it in the Luminex Fanzone.

So come to the stadium early again this weekend and make it a great day with us.

Forza Racing!
