Toulon, Cité Bellevue, what was said on 09/27 at THM?
Indecosa-cgt-83 was present on the 27th alongside (and at the request of) the tenants of the Bellevue city.
The reception was scandalous. The president himself, ignoring the role of associations, refused to receive Indecosa.
We pointed out to him, as all the associations had done at the meeting of the Rental Consultation Council, that all the texts provide for and encourage the associations to be involved. The president’s response was that it was not a question of consultation but of information.
Curious….. the information to tenants would not concern the representative associations, and moreover the organization of this meeting was based on a convocation by registered LRAR acknowledgment of receipt, finally a payroll sheet was provided and had to be signed ….. if that’s not the procedure!
The substance of the case remains; we still don’t know what’s planned;
As the tenants told us when they left, the speech was reassuring, with 2 pieces of information given orally: 1) there will be no demolition 2) the office is undertaking energy, security and gas diagnostics
To completely reassure, we ask that these announcements be confirmed in writing, and supplemented by commitments on deadlines for implementing the work, and keeping the tenants in the premises.
Of course, Indecosa remains vigilant and determined to follow the file.
