Urgent / Looking for children for the filming of a series in Ille-et-Vilaine · Bretagne Cinéma

For the filming of a TF1 police comedy entitled “Family Investigation” directed by Dominique Farrugia and Sophie Boudre, the production is looking for child roles residing in Brittany and preferably in Ille-et-Vilaine. A 6×52′ series produced by Shine Fiction, with the support of Bretagne Cinéma (personalized support from the Home of Filming).

Synopsis: Captain Charline Rochette, a brilliant policewoman, finds herself faced with a major challenge when she is transferred to her hometown and must deal with her parents, Claire and Philippe Rochette (Clémentine Célarié and Bernard Le Coq) overflowing with love but obsessed with the idea of ​​helping him in his investigations. Passionate about detective series and novels, Les Rochettes bring their insight and creativity, but their lack of respect for the rules often puts their daughter in delicate situations.

Description of the profiles sought, residents in Brittany and preferably in Ille-et-Vilaine:

SUZANNE 8 YEARS OLD: Smart little girl who will have to feign fear. Daughter of the couple Guillaume and Benedicte Lantelme. Will only be present in one episode.

CHARLINE 7 YEARS OLD: Will be little Charline Rochette as a child. She is intrepid, an only child and always hangs out with Bastien, her big friend. Will be present in all of the main role’s flashback scenes. No physical reference at the moment.

BASTIEN 7 YEARS OLD: Lively and resourceful little boy who doesn’t hold his tongue in his pocket. Childhood friend of Charline whom he constantly teases. They have known each other forever. Will be present in Flash-Back scenes. No physical reference at the moment.

Castings are planned in Rennes during May (for a Drieets file to be compiled for the Friday May 31, 2024).

Filming planned in Ille-et-Vilaine (Bazouges-la-Pérouse and its surroundings) between July 15 and mid-October 2024 (only a few days of filming over this period).
