The expert e-bodywork company, Autogriff, unveils a new offer. Called Accident Management, this service allows managers to manage the insurance of their fleet thanks to faster and more thorough claims processing. A cost-saving service.

Since 2018, the company founded by Franck Keller has been deploying a digital solution for remote assessment and costing of automobile damage for fleet managers as part of a restoration before restitution. Drawing on a network of more than 1,000 bodybuilders spread throughout the country, Autogriff has even passed the milestone of 100,000 vehicles managed for clients such as the Monnoyeur group or Business Services.

One way to counter TCO slippage

After integrating the franchise and launching a control tool using artificial intelligence, Autogriff is expanding its activities for fleets with a new service in the form ofapplication (white label): Accident Management. In the event of a disaster, the driver can easily take photos of the vehicle, guaranteeing an assessment of the damage as quickly as possible (less than four hours) and without going to a garage.

Information immediately transmitted to the manager of the fleeteffectively avoiding “missing out on 10 to 20% of declared claims which are not resolved, and which are ultimately assumed by the customer upon return. This impacts the fleet loss experience but also the amount of end-of-contract invoices, a phenomenon of “double punishment” especially since one in two times it is a non-responsible incident.”, analyzes Franck Keller. An appointment for a repair, within the network of partner bodybuilders located within a radius of less than 10 km, can then be taken online.

Faster and cheaper

Accident Management allowed us to optimize and facilitate the vehicle repair process thanks to time savings for managers, better visibility of costs and autonomy for drivers” says Céline Colin, head of the vehicle division within the Legendre Group (with 1,100 units) convinced by this new offer ofAutogriff advancing direct and indirect savings ranging from “15 to 40% depending on the type of vehicle and the way the fleet is managed”, specifies Franck Keller. In addition to containing, thanks to the rates imposed, negotiated and standardized by Autogriff with its 1,050 partner bodybuilders, the inflation caused by the post-covid context. An approach that is all the more fundamental for fleets who chose theself-insurance within their park.
