This period of unprecedented inflation will at least have had the merit of making French people, all purchasing powers combined, discover that distributor brands are both less expensive and of good quality (For 8 out of 10 French people, the quality of discount products is equivalent to that of traditional products). Enough to prove the fight of Marque Repère, the MDD of E. Leclerc, for whom what is good should never be expensive. There are still a few people who persist in thinking that only what is expensive can be good, who have fun singling out two first films in a series directed by Manon Gaurin (DeGaulle). Like this peremptory handsome guy who disdains the pizza offered by his girlfriend. Which she will enjoy, without further waste of time, with a friend. Likewise, a little boy who is initially reluctant when faced with the cheap biscuits offered by his friend’s mother, will nevertheless appreciate them. Which contradicts his dear mother for whom cheap = not good, the receipt having to convince her in turn. Two comedies with caustic humor convincing in their accuracy which recall Marque Repère’s commitment for over 25 years to offering the best at the best price.
