Hisham Al-Dakik, coach of the Moroccan indoor football team, has been dealt a blow after it was confirmed that his player, Othman Al-Idrissi, was absent from the Futsal World Cup competitions in Uzbekistan.
In a statement to the Royal Moroccan Football University website, the team doctor confirmed that Al-Idrissi underwent the necessary medical examinations, which proved that his injury required an official absence from the tournament, which is a major loss for the Moroccan team in this important competition.
The doctor of the Moroccan Futsal team explained that the player underwent medical examinations and it was proven that he suffered from the external ligaments of the ankle, and therefore he would be absent for about 4 or 5 weeks, and therefore the end of his participation in the World Cup.
Othman Al-Idrissi is considered the third player to miss the World Cup in Uzbekistan after the absences of Al-Bakali and Jawad, which comes as a major shock to coach Hisham Al-Dakik.
