Adil Rami and Michou went to Auvergne to coach the worst team in France. A long video retraces their adventures with FC Ebreuil.
A little over a month ago, Adil Rami and YouTuber Michou appeared together as part of a project: coaching the “worst team in France”. The two men went to Ebreuil. The video was released this Sunday to follow the adventures of this small club in Auvergne Rhône Alpes. For nearly an hour and forty minutes, the YouTuber with almost ten million subscribers tried to push this team to its limits with one single goal in mind: to win a match.
For his part, it was on a Tuesday evening that Adil Rami put on his boots to share the pitch with this amateur club. He wore the coach’s cap in order to help them progress technically in one evening and a late training session, scheduled for midnight. Amid laughter and good humor, the former LOSC defender led a training session in front of around forty players. The next day, the two went for a signing session in the village as well as on a radio station to give an interview to talk about their project.
Ultimately, it was a successful mission for Michou and the 2018 world champion. FC Ebreuil won their match the following weekend with a score of 4-1, enough to end the season in the best possible way.
