From January 8

The 2025 winter sales period is detailed on the website of the Ministry of the Economy and it is clearly regulated by the Commercial Code and a 2019 decree.

It specifies that the sales begin “the second Wednesday of the month of January”. For the year 2025, this falls Wednesday January 8.

The law also specifies that stores will be able to offer discounts to their customers from 8 a.m., but not before.

And when do they end?

The sales are spread over a period of one month. “The end date of the winter sales is therefore Tuesday February 4, 2025 inclusive», Specifies the Ministry of the Economy.
