The new beauty queen, Angélique Angarni-Filopon, was the guest of “Culture Médias” this Monday on Europe 1. Unfortunately for her, she was stuck in Parisian traffic jams.

“Today I feel like connections are going to explode.” This was Thomas Isle’s presentiment this Monday morning when he was to receive Miss 2025 in “Culture Médias” at the microphone of Europe 1, Angélique Angarni-Filopon . And yet, the new beauty queen has been a long time coming. And if the radio host says he is lucky to receive the 34-year-old young woman from , he very quickly shares some annoying news. “She is currently stuck in traffic jams», he announces shortly after 9:30 a.m. before ironically: “Long live , long live traffic, long live traffic jams.”

Co-host Anissa Haddadi then submitted an idea to counter this delay. “She has to open the window and say hello. There, everyone will let her pass. She opens the window with her Miss France scarf and everyone will let her through, at ease.” But this technique is clearly not used. “Angélique is still not here and that’s really the good news”derides Thomas Isle while his sister is more pessimistic: “It’s getting worse and worse. The traffic jams are really getting worse and worse.”. The facilitator can then no longer deny it. “It’s becoming problematic”he says, targeting the Parisian traffic jams… or the lateness of his guest. His sidekick then saves him by furnishing and announcing the launch of a big competition for Christmas.

But ultimately that’s not enough. The delay of Miss France 2025 is such that it is decided to carry out the interview remotely. “Angélique Angarni-Filopon is with us, imagine… On the phone…”he declares while at the same time, the voice of the answering machine indicates that the call has been put on hold. “We’re on a good run anyway”the columnists in the studio say ironically when one launches a hypothesis that everyone clings to. “Maybe that’s a sign she’s in the elevator.”

Somewhat distraught, Thomas Isle finally announces an advertising page. It was finally 18 minutes late that the 34-year-old beauty queen appeared in the recording studio. “Two people who are particularly out of breath have just entered this studio: Cindy Fabre who directs the Miss France competition and Angélique Angarni-Filopon”he certified before continuing the rest of the interview.
