Lara Fabian criticized for her voice: she evokes this painful period

Invited on the set of Europe 1 on the day of the release of her new album, Lara Fabian looked back on a difficult period during which she faced numerous criticisms. Indeed, as Thomas Isle recalls, the singer had been made fun of for her voice. “There was my doll at Les Guignols, everyone knows that. It lasted almost ten years. explains the artist. The host then asks her if she was offended by this mockery. “Oh no, I’ve never been offended in my life, I’ve been tortured, it’s not the same”she declares. “It tortured me, it lasted ten years with a relentlessness and violence that were unprecedented. But hey, it’s over, it’s very far away, but it was very violent.”
